Service Description: These features were either used directly in the analysis and calculation of WHAF index scores, or act to provide context or additional information in the web application. These features pertain to historical patterns of temperature and precipitation in Minnesota. These layers are all derived from NOAA Global Historical Climatology Network Daily data known as nClimGrid, but are managed by the Watershed Health Assessment staff in an enterprise database.
